Dutch oven cookout - Date TBD

THIS EVENT HAS BEEN RESCHEDULED FOR SATUDAY OCTOBER 14TH

It's that time of year again, we close out the season with our annual Dutch oven cookout at Owen's Family cabin in Deckers. This is a great event for everyone in your family to attend. Cooking will start around 9am with lunch served around 1pm. For those of us that want to fish prior or after the Deckers area is an amazing fishery. For those that just want to visit there is plenty of room outside (Bring a camp chair).

We have several members cooking the main course and bringing drinks, we ask that you bring a side or dessert. Utensils and plates are provided.

Directions to Owens cabin - 

If you enter:

“2606 N Platte River Rd, Deckers, CO”

(You have to put Deckers in google not Sedalia)

Google Maps will lead you there.

Otherwise, from Sedalia, Co on State HWY 85, Sante Fe

Head west on HWY 67 for 13 miles.

At Sprucewood, take the right fork on W Pine Creek Rd for 3 miles.

At the “T” intersection, turn left onto N Platte River Rd. for 3.3 miles.

Our cabin is on the left, up the dirt road to the first driveway on the right.
