Welcome Aboard the Drifters Escape

There's something special about seeing the Colorado River from the front of a drift boat.

Miles of river. Beautiful fall scenery. Water you simply can't reach from the bank. And the opportunity to target trout that don't see the same pressure as fish living near the popular access points.

That's the experience Eddie Eversole wants to give you aboard the Drifters Escape.

"Float fishing gives us the opportunity to cover miles of the Colorado River and reach water that simply isn't accessible from the bank. We'll spend the day searching seams, working eddylines, and looking for Brown and Rainbow Trout while enjoying one of Colorado's most beautiful rivers in its fall colors.

We'll have the flexibility to both float fish and get out and wade when the opportunity presents itself. Bring your favorite rod and be ready for anything—streamers, nymphs, dries, or hopper-droppers.

Not sure what's working? That's part of the fun. We'll figure it out together, and I'll have an assortment of flies available throughout the day."

Eddie is a lifelong fisherman with a passion for chasing trout and understanding what it takes to fool them.

But what really makes a day with Eddie different is his willingness to share that knowledge.
