Google Calendar: manual method

  1. On a computer, open Google Calendar.
  2. Next to Other calendars, select the plus sign.
  3. Select From URL.
  4. Paste the HPD calendar address shown below.
  5. Select Add calendar. It will appear under Other calendars.

Apple Calendar on iPhone or iPad

  1. Open the Calendar app and select Calendars.
  2. Select Add Calendar, then Add Subscription Calendar.
  3. Enter the HPD calendar address shown below and select Find.
  4. Review the settings and finish the subscription.

Outlook on the web

  1. Open Calendar in Outlook and select Add calendar.
  2. Select Subscribe from web.
  3. Paste the HPD calendar address, give the calendar a name, and complete the subscription.

Good to know

  • This is a read-only calendar subscription. It does not let subscribers change HPD events.
  • New and updated events will flow into subscribed calendars, although each calendar app controls how quickly it refreshes.
  • Subscribing does not register you for a trip or purchase an event ticket. Open the event details for registration instructions.
