Summer Family Picnic - Fishing & BBQ 7/23/23

This year we will be having our summer Picnic and BBQ at Hyatt Lake In Arvada on July 23, 2023

We are combing this with a Casting & Rigging Clinic

This is going to be a great event for the entire family. Fishing, horseshoe tournament and a pig roast.

 HPD will be roasting a full hog this year. Please bring side dishes and desserts.

All utensils and plates will be provided by HPD

Water and soda will also be provided by HPD 

Location -  Hyatt Lake (West Arvada)

Set up will be at 7am, come early and help out then go hit the lake for your chance at a trophy large mouth bass. This is a private lake - All Catch & Release

There are two swimming platforms on the lake if you or your kids want to get into the water. Belly boats & Kayaks are allowed.

There is a port-a-potty. Please bring camp chairs and canopy if you have one.

Lunch will be served about 1pm.

Directions to the lake - 

From Ward Road & 58th Ave - Go West on 58th to Eldridge Street. Turn right (north) follow 1/4 mile and you will see the gate with the HPD sign. turn left into the lake area.
